We have established the following Terms of Use ("Terms") to inform you of our service processes, and of both our and your rights. By using our services and accessing our database ("Services"), you accept to be bound by the terms set forth herein. We reserve the right at any time to modify these Terms, without notice to you. REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP
In consideration of SI providing you with the Services, you agree to pay the applicable membership fee, as posted during the sign up process, and to comply with these Terms. At the time you subscribe, you will be asked to agree to our Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not become a subscriber, and we do not consent to providing you with access to the Services or this website. These Terms are subject to change, which include changes to fees, subscription access methods, etc. Any required reasonable notice of applicable changes to these Terms will be posted either on our website or emailed to you. Your usage of our services after such notice will be deemed your acceptance of the new Terms. Our Privacy Policy may also be subject to change. Please check back on our website from time to time to see any changes.
In order to subscribe to our Services, you must become a member of SI by paying our one-time membership fee, choosing a unique User Name and password, and supply us with true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as required on the registration page. If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect it is, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership and all access to our site, and to prohibit your current or future use of the Services.
As a subscriber, you may not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Services to any third party; You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account; You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Name and password; and You agree to notify us at customercare@shopinvestigator.com if you become aware of any possible unauthorized use(s) of your account or any possible breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your User Name or password.
ACCESS TO DATABASE
Upon sign up, per above, you will be provided full access to our database/directory of our pre-screened and selected sites or companies that hire mystery shoppers. SI is only providing you with a list of companies (and links to them) that hire mystery shoppers across the U.S. internationally, or in certain regions. SI is not affiliated in any way, with any of the companies listed in its directory, unless specifically listed here in these Terms or throughout the website. SI's database is only a directory, and it is not intended to guarantee any particular results, whether specifically or generally, and SI is not responsible for the content, service, or any actions taken or not taken by the companies listed in SI's database/directory. While all information is deemed accurate and reliable, it is not guaranteed. Very few States such as NEVADA, may require a special license to engage in the type of work commonly associated with mystery shopping. In such cases, you must take the necessary steps to qualify to become a mystery shopper, and SI does not in any way encourage you to engage in mystery shopping in such States, without first obtaining the proper licenses/permits.

Simply register with at least 20 of the companies in our database, and if you do not receive at least one paying assignment offer within 30 days, we will refund your fee in full. GENERAL TERMS
The Site is being operated from within the United States of America. We make no representation that the Content in the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content or service is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. Any claim relating to the Site, the services provided by SI shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, and any disputes arising out of our services shall be submitted for binding arbitration in the county of Los Angeles, CA.
